Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Extensive Experience
Jude T. Flynn is a highly experienced commercial real estate appraiser with over 40 years in the industry. Since 1984, he has completed appraisals of commercial and residential real estate across the United States. His expertise includes generating discounted cash flow and sensitivity analyses for investment-grade real estate, securitization, and pension funds and insurance industries.
As a trusted commercial real estate appraiser, Mr. Flynn has evaluated various types of investment-grade properties throughout the continental United States. These include apartments, cooperatives, hotels, industrial and research and development parks, office buildings, regional shopping centers, and undeveloped acreage.
Mr. Flynn’s experience as a commercial real estate appraiser extends to valuation for acquisitions, ad valorem taxation, arbitration, asset management, cost segregation, development, dispositions, due diligence, lease analysis, and portfolio analysis.
